Staying fit is always my goal, but just like anyone else. I do get hungry. Finding the right foods to satisfy that hunger is the best way to do just that. Apples, bananas, red peppers, carrots, celery, lemon water, oatmeal, watermelon and pineapple (if you're not allergic) which I am, are all healthy snacks to keep you fit and healthy.
