Meditation to help increase focus

Hi!



Have any of you ever tried meditation, to increase focus for example when you work out or when you do an exercise? I use meditation in conjunction with intense workouts and the effects are quite noticeable. I control my breathing and I can actually churn out more reps in a shorter amount of time than before. I use basic breathing-relaxation techniques.



Has anyone else tried this?
