All you really need is a well balanced diet for energy

I have good days and bad days when it comes to energy, but lately the heat has been wearing me out. But I noticed when I eat a well balanced meal everyday of the week that I feel overall better. I mean making sure I get vegetables, fruits, protein, carbs and also wheat or grains. I switched to wheat bread from white bread and I added other whole grains too.



I do like my carbs, but I balance them out with the protein, vegetables, fruits, dairy and grains throughout the day. I did start feeling better and on average, I have more energy. If I could only limit the amount of coffee I would drink during the day I am sure that I would be feeling even better!



I don't take energy drinks or anything like that so it has to be the eating well balanced meals. I was always a good eater, but it was minor changes to make sure it was balanced and with less sodium.
