I was wondering if it's ok to diet while expecting a baby, I'm not talking about a very strict diet... more like watching carefully what I eat. Has anyone over here ever tried? It's just I don't want to gain a lot weight, I don't want to start over again, but I don't want to harm my baby either :( I used to be very heavy 2 years ago, I don't want to go back to that. What can I do? Any ideas?
