Do you eat the superfruits?

Superfruits have a lot of health benefits. These fruits are loaded with antioxidants and I make sure to eat or drink the juice of them at least once a day. Superfruits are fruits like acai berry, pomegranate and goji berry. Blueberries are also healthy for you and are often included with acai berries when you get juices or foods with acai in it.



I don't eat the actual acai berry without it being in something because we cannot find it here where I live, but we have 100% juices that have it mixed with pomegranate and/or blueberries. I try to buy blueberries every time we go to the store and we also like to buy pomegranates as a snack too.



Do you eat any of these superfruits?
