Some snack foods and sodas are regional, hard-to-find or discontinued and it sucks if one of those items is a favorite of yours and you have to search high and low for it, or buy it on the internet.

My local Walmart had a coconut flavored soda that tasted like summer and reminded me of the beach.
I got hooked on it 3 years ago, and then it vanished and they didn't sell it for 2 years.
Today I was surprised to see 12 bottles of it in the store so I bought all of them, because they might stop selling it for another two years.
My ex likes a certain brand of cookies from Thailand. A lot of stores don't have them so when he's out of town and sees them in an ethnic food shop, he stocks up.
