They say that honesty is the best policy, and in a lot of instances that could be potentially true, or it is true. But there are also instances where to tell someone that honesty is the best policy, is bad advice. There are plenty of situations where it is not wise to tell the truth, for your own safety or for whatever reason it may be.
So no, I do not always tell the truth and I don't feel guilty about that either.
