I was always too skinny growing up and in high school if it wasn't for working out everyday, I would have been way too underweight (muscle weighs more.) I ate and ate and then ate some more but yet had a hard time gaining weight back then.
Well now approaching my late 30s and 2 kids later, I cannot seem to get a couple extra pounds off. I eat healthy and have a tendency to snack fairly healthy too. I walk about 1-2 miles everyday and there are days I walk quite quickly. It is hard for me to workout a lot because I have lumps in my lower back that cause grief if I am not careful, but walking fast is ok for me.
I don't want to take any diet pills and I am not an unhealthy weight, I just want to lose a little around my tummy. Not sure how many pounds it would be, but maybe an inch or 2 off my waist.
Anybody have any suggestions for losing just a couple pounds? My weight just seems to stay the same! Even in this heat when I was walking and literally sweating the whole walk, it didn't seem to help.
