The recently concluded elections here in our place involved rampant vote buying. A lot of politicians resorted to giving money to voters weeks before election day. Some people reported receiving $10 from politicians who were campaigning while others reported to have received an amount of $20. You know what? These politicians who engaged in vote buying ended up winning the elections. Shame on these people and shame on those who voted for them!
