We have a lot of drunkards in the neighborhood. Most of the time, they keep on yelling at night and blabbering bad words over and over. At times, they slam their doors and at times they throw some stones at dogs. I want to punch them in the face so bad but hey, I don't want to have a lot of enemies so I leave them be. Do you have drunks in your neighborhood? How do you react to these kinds of behavior?
