I had the opposite problem being backed up for some time. I needed to go soon and have been worried to try a laxative. Nat-Lax TNT was an easy way to adjust to taking a laxative and it made the process simple and not painful. A couple days later after using Nat-Lax I was close to back to normal. A big help for sure.
