I'm new here, and could really use some weight loss tips. I have Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which makes it extremely difficult to lose weight. I also have scoliosis and a bulging disc in my lower back, which can be pretty painful and lay me up for days at a time.
I really want to lose about 20 pounds and get healthier overall to run around with my kids. I would appreciate any tips!
