Are you counting calories?

Are you? I am! I've been counting calories for a while, and so far it has been the best and most reliable method for me to lose weight :D I used to be 238 lbs 3 years ago, but I'm not 164 lbs and still going down! It took me 1 year to reach that weight, and I managed to reach that goal by just counting calories and of course portion control!



What about you? are you counting calories? have you done it in the past? did you manage to lose all the weight you needed?
