Hey all

Hey i'm Bk or Bknight in the webs, been using gym since I was 18yr, I'm 22 now, had a couple of breaks in between of course, but I'm stable training for almost 2yr and half, maybe 3 now, can't really remember lol, I'm always interested into new things regarding fitness although it's not my curricular area, just something I really like, my training plans go from crossfit-like training added with some strength increase training, I use to do like 50% of the week type 1, other half type 2, like day1 type1, day2 type2, etc, at the moment I'm not supplementing since it became hard on my pocket so I had to take a break, I used to take whey protein at my training's beginning, now even that is out of my regimen, well I think that's all, cheers and nice to meet y'all!
