Am I being alright ? I think I'm not healthy?

So I feel sleepy or exhaust sometime during day probably because I had only 5 hours sleep at night and wake up 4 in the morning to workout. What I want to ask is, is working out too hard loses your stamina ? I'm ripped and Im trying to improve everyday, lifting heavy, but I feels like sometime i lack of energy. Is it ok to not eat enough nutrition if you workout hard ? I mean i think I eat enough of protein and calories but what if I don't is it causing the exhaustion problem ?
