Squats and lunges are my favorite and they're so easy! You can also climb steep stairs or jump rope. Doing pushups and chin-ups are great for your abs and pushups help your boobs. Doing step-ups onto a chair can also help. Don't eat a lot, though. Remember, you want to be toned, not flabby. Eat protein bars before you exercise. Don't do cardio if you don't want to be skinnier. Cardio is running, jumping. You can search exercise videos on youtube.
