Well..... don't eat. Don't fall for the myth that you have to EAT all the time or you'll drop dead. You can fast for two weeks if you want and feel fine. People do it all the time. One idea is a daily fast........ you have your dinner and stop eating perhaps by 8 pm..... and then you don't eat for 16 hours - that puts you around noon the next day. This is one of the ideas of "intermittent fasting". And it might fit you perfectly.
