Don't starve your self! That is not a good way to loose weight. I know how u feel and I have just started to feel more confident about my body! And then u will become more confident in everyday life aswell. Some easy ways are; eating- have salads, change to brown bread, rice and pasta, don't have deserts, eat more fruit and veg and stick to water,
Exercise- start doing a little bit and build up, go on walks, runs or jogs. Go swimming! This is a really good way to stay fit especially if u are not a fan of team sports.
