What is the ideal calorie deficit in order to lose 1-2 kg/week?

I am not even sure what a calorie deficit is.
This is how i calculate it:
BMR+Calories burned-Calorie Intake=Deficit
With this formula my deficit is usually as high as 1000 and as low as 350.
For example, today i have eaten 2100 calories and only burned 650 which leads to a deficit of 350 calories.
So, is this formula correct?
And if it is, what deficit do you recommend so i can lose about 2 kilos a week.
I'm 17 years old, 175 centimeter tall and 68 kg.
