Hello,

My identify is Angelina I’m fifty four and are living in Australia. I’ve been smoking given that I used to be thirteen, and it is time to supply it up.

I do know I must simply cease, and go from there, however I am now not positive I will do it.

I would like recommendation. I gave up consuming 10 months in the past, that was once arduous, however I feel giving up smoking can be even tougher.

Is it easiest to make a date, say 2 weeks from now and go from there. Or…?????

So any knowledge could be favored.
