I am trying to eat as much raw food as possible because I have came to realise that this gives me the most energy, and I feel at my best when I eat raw food. So far, I am not on a fully raw diet, I still eat poultry such as fish now and then. What kind of diet are you on - mostly cooked for or raw food?
