What's your preferred workout? In case you didn't know, circuit training is a kind of workout routine that mixes cardio and strenght; it can be quite challenging because it uses high intensity aerobics. This kind of training is supposed to help you burn a lot calories, and at the same time build resistance and muscle! Example: Jillian Michaels videos.
To be honest I prefer cardio work out, I found circuit training to be too harmful for by bad back and cadio wokout is way more fun. I also seem to sweat more, and feel even happier after it. In the other hand, circuit training is such a drag and I keep counting the seconds for it to be over :D
What about you? which one do you prefer? wich one gave you the best results? I'd love to hear the experiences you had with any of those workouts :D
