I'd love to hear all you have to say about your favorite tips and little tricks to keep yourself motivated enough to keep working out. The only thing that keeps me motivated right now is a trip I'll be making to the Netherlands this year, my real motivation there is to look really good when I be there! I want to look my best, and that's the main reason I'm working out 5 times a week (6 if possible).
It also motivates me the fact that I'm very close to my goal weight :eek:
I think one of the most important factors to keep oneself motivated is to find fun and engaging workouts, or at least workouts that are easy to follow and don't cause you any kind of discomfort. I used to practice circuit training before, but it started to get to hard for my back. So I had to back off and do some cardio instead :D It seems I'm burning more fat now... and my size 7 jeans almost fit me (NOTICE: almost!!). I think that by november this year I'll be able to comfortably fit into the again :p:p
