I'd like to know how many days a week you like to work out, and what your favorite workout routine is :D My favorite workout routine is mainly focused on cardio, but I also like to throw in one or 2 days of circuit training to the mix. I work out 5 - 6 days a week; depending on how I feel. I never liked the idea of working out 7 days a week, I think the body needs some time to recover and pushing too hard with your workouts can actually backfire.
