Quirky wholesome snacks

Who’s in command of this D&F discussion board? I feel there must be a sticky of wholesome recipes. Personally I would say it should be snacks cos they are simple to make and don’t require too many ingredients.


This is “quirky” cos I’m thinking of recipes which might be strange and perhaps folks have not viewed or heard about earlier than. So no “1 Tbsp peanut butter on oatcake” sort recipe


Candy potato icing


Substances:

1 medium candy potato

2 scoops (50g) chocolate whey protein powder (or whichever flavour you love)


Boil the candy potato except it is delicate the entire approach via. Peel the potato and mash it with a fork in a bowl then pour the protein powder onto the potato flesh and blend it with the fork. Revel in


Makes 1 serving Energy:360; protein:50g; fats:0g; carbs:40g
