Hi there,


My intention is to achieve muscle and energy whereas maintain making improvements to my boxing abilities

right here is my agenda: tuesday , thursday Boxing type (rope skipping, pad work, heavy bag, shadowboxing, and so forth…) i simply began boxing in a membership in order a amateur i simply train 2 days there but this training is hard 2 hours non stop boxing bodyweight training and the things i named.

I am doing the 531 on monday, wednesday , friday and sunday.

So my question is how should i change my training to realize my dream to become a boxing pro?

I have alle the equipment at home to do the boxing training alone at home instead of boxing against others i am boxing against my box sack,

So please help me to find a good why how to train.
