Fairycakex’s Meals Diary – my quest to grow to be a yummy mummy!

Welcome to my vivid new diary


I’ve been following WW Propoints plan on-line for the reason that heart of January and misplaced thirteen.5lbs – you can suppose that may of made me extra decided to lose that half of a pound to get to my first stone, however no for the prior two weeks I have been on weight loss plan destruction, in the future in two days off, fascinated by swapping to slimming world so I jumped within the scales this morning, I’ve put four.5lbs on, so I wish to get my act collectively. I apply a whole lot of wonderful meals diarys on IG and regarded as developing one in all my very own, I’ve two little kids (7months & 2) I simply do not have time to make my meals seem beautiful! So I believed this was once the next best thing , I intend to take some pictures just not all the time.


I am starting to find the plan difficult, I have been doing two, sometimes three separate meals (too salty for baby, toddler & hubby too picky and I have been getting OCD about weighing my recipes accurately so instead of making a normal sized recipe that has four portions I have been making them with the amount just got me, just in case when I divide it’s more than I should have!) I just don’t have time, my maternity finishes next week and I am back at work (only a couple of days a week) but it’s less time than I have now, I keep thinking about swapping to SW cause I don’t have to measure I can just bung everything in slow cooker etc. someone please reassure me I can do this with WW and I am just being silly, or am I right?


The thing I love about the plan and the only reason I have never switched is we like a do away with, we frequently have one as soon as every week or exit for a meal and if I did not have that flexibility I believe I’d just surrender.


I’ve the fitness center, I have been as soon as in three weeks, I received the flu and have not been for the reason that, even though I’ve been doing a little youtubey exercise outs nevertheless it’s no longer the identical, I am considering cancelling my membership, the primary purpose I am striking it off is I’m one of these shy, self aware particular person so someplace just like the gymnasium is my worst nightmare.
