On the same note, so many supplements are suggested to be taken on an empty stomach but then again as bodybuilders we eat every 2-3 hours so we are never really running on an empty stomach except maybe first thing in the morning
After 2-3 hours, I would think many lifter's stomachs should be fairly empty if they have a decent metabolism.I take ZMA before bed. It helps me sleep like none other. I don't know why you'd take it during the day, given that the research years ago showed that it helped raise testosterone during sleep. Maybe it helps during the day too? Who cares.
