Best option for home exercise bike?

I'm looking to buy a folding stationary bike of some sort in the next few days and I'm wondering what I should look into. I have just enough space for a folder, or I could get one of those small portable pedalers that can be used for upper and lower body. I'm looking for a cycle that can handle moderate to heavy work. Any ideas?
