help starting pre and post work out meals?

So I started working out and I've read and heard that eating healthy is really important so I wanna change my bad eating habits. To give you guys an idea of my body type I'm 5'6 and I weigh about 110 I'm 20 years old. I've always been a skinny person. I eat but I don't gain weight. Honestly I eat pure fast food most of the time and ALOT of junk food (I know I have bad eating habits). I started working out about 3 weeks ago and I like it. But I Wanna change my bad eating habits cause I know that's important. Basically I wanna know what to eat. How many times a day. How much time in between meals. Anything that falls under the this category. I am kind of a picky Eater but I'm willing to make sacrifices. Except for fish I can't stand it besides that I think that's the only thing I won't be able to eat(shrimp is fine). If you have your own eating plan and can write it down in the answers(what your meal consists of and times) along with any tips are anything that would be perfect. If you have any questions go ahead and ask I'll reply to you. Thanks in advance and hope you guys can help!
