I'm 13 and I think I might have an eating disorder.?

I'm 13 and I weight 83 pounds and I can never gain weight . When iv'e tried eating more My stomach cramps up and or i'll throw up . One of my problems are I believe i'm not taking in enough calories , but i get so full after just cereal and 2 pieces of toast and my mom and i are a little consirned also because my little niece is Younger then me but seems to be growing way more than me and i'm kinda scared
