Lend a hand please, do I wish to begin over, or a reset day? I blew it :/

I acquired throughout the first 10 days on section 2. Had plenty of migraines, felt dizzy and vulnerable. Dosed at a hundred seventy five. Bought unwell of feeling ill so tried the siesta seashore way for every other 7 and misplaced just one extra pound and likewise increased dose to 200.

Will have to I hop again into segment 2 or do i want a reset/apple or steak day??


Concerned and feeling horrible as a result of I do know if i caught with the unique protocol I might be down every other 5 lbs. Must I cease exercising or swap to strolling? Might I run as soon as per week and add xtra protein on the times I run?&#thirteen;
