I have been lurking on this discussion board for reasonably a while and made up our minds to start out a training log in order to track and organize my workouts and progress.
Some basic info:
Currently sitting at 5’8 165 lbs (lolz manlet swole 150lber status) at around 15ish % bodyfat or so. I haven’t actually taken the measurement, just estimating based on looks. I’ve been training consistently for about 10 months although I’ve been training on and off for the reason that January 2012.
Lately’s arm exercise (I infrequently work fingers via themselves, however they’re a vulnerable level and I need to prioritize them):
Lengthy heat up along with:
Impartial grip pullups
-BWx15
-BWx10
Dips
-BWx25
EZ bar curls (assuming the bar weighs 15lbs)
-65×10
-85×8
-105×5
-135×5
DB Alt Curls
-30sx10 LR
-40sx10 LR
-45sx8 LR
-50sx8 LR
Weighted Dips
-BWx50
-BW+forty five x 10
-BW+ninety x 6
-BW+one hundred fifteen x 5
-BWx40+ misplaced rely at this level
Then some more than a few cable bicep stuff only for teh pumpz.
