Can a viral an infection lead to a bladder an infection a day after signs of the virus?

I had an extraordinarily unhealthy virus the day prior to this (upset abdomen, diarrhea, fever, physique aches). This morning I awoke to a bladder an infection/UTI. Can these two be associated? I did some research however didn’t to find specifics in my case. Thanks prematurely in your solutions.
