Query: The move coach?

I do half-hour on the pass trainer, 30 on the bike (7-9 miles), 20-30 walking on the treadmill at a medium-high incline, then 1-3 rounds of strength circuits.


Is the cross trainer price it? I’ve heard combined issues about it.


Is there the rest I will have to do to raised my exercise?
