What is that this? Lump below pores and skin? Hurts and difficult?

I am no longer sure it is a pilonidal cyst but, I shouldn’t have a gap and its now not pink it can be just a little bit down from my tail bone inside of my pores and skin. It hurts and after I clench my butt it kind of… Moves to butt cheeks not easily tho! I wanted to find out first before I see the doctor (don’t answer ‘just see the doctor’) I can only lay down but now it doesn’t hurt as much as it used too I can stand and walk good but it depends on the sitting position. No puss or blood ever came out, nothing came out. It hurts when put pressure on and I noticed I haven’t pooped ever since it came only fart or burp, I only had it for a few days it’s not a zit or pimple there’s no head. I put vinegar, lemon, cold water, ice and a heat water bag on it doesn’t do anything the ice makes it numb but then it comes back cold water and heat bag doesn’t do anything vinegar and lemon made it almost go away then it went to its size. I had lemon honey tea to get rid of toxins in my body I don’t know if there’s a change but my stomach rumbles maybe I need to poop but i cant… Sorry this is so long, please resolution thanks, so what is that this? what is the lead to? Have you learnt who had this sooner than?
