Hey there everyone. I'm a 22yr old male, am 175cm tall and currently have a sizeable amount of extra belly fat which I wish to lose, as well as tone my muscles and gain some extra strength. I've already started drinking at least 2L of water a day, started ensuring I go for an hour's walk everyday and have bought myself a set of 30kgs dumbbells for some strength exercises.
So what are the best kids of weights exercies (high rep/low weight or low weight/high reps) to lose me some weight and gain me some toning and muscle and is there anything else I can do?
