Then for lunch scattered over several hours, half a package of brown rice (158 cals), a banana, and a dried fruit/nut bar (100 cals).
I felt horrible so I went to the gym and biked for half an hour.
AND THEN EVERYTHING WENT DOWN!
I ate 5 blood oranges!!!! 4 apples!!!! THEN 40 CRACKERS!! (11 calories each).
OH MY GOD. What do I do now? : ( That s like 2500 calories, I guess? I m only 5 4, and I am 55 kg, a little bit chubby.
Update: Thankfully the crackers are "healthy," made with brown rice flour, quinoa flour, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, tamari...

- Not that it's good to binge, but you are "binging" on healthy things such a
Fruits and healthy crackers. Many, myself included choose chocolate bars, chips and fast food. If you want a healthier relationship with food, keep eating healthy like you're doing but maybe talk to your doctor if you feel like you're bingeing. It's not good when someone eats healthy and thinks they are bingeing and exercises like a fiend and tries to calorie count and control their eating so much. I am 5'4 and I was 110 pounds when I was 19, I'm 21 now and I'm 200 pounds. That's how awful my relationship with food is, I went from eating little, and exercising like CRAZY to bingeing and not exercising very much. If you feel like you are bingeing or you feel you don't have a healthy relationship with food the best thing is to talk to a doctor. Eating disorders are serious. Eat healthy like you are, and continue exercising, if you feel you eat too much and can't stop on your own,your doctor could have a solution
