I'm a 5'6 female that weighs 135lbs. I know some of you may consider that an average weight for my height but I want to be confident in my own body. My goal is to be 110-115lbs by mid June. How can I reach this goal?
I'm planning on cutting out sugared drinks and fast food out of my diet and jogging for 30-40 minutes at least 4 times a week. Is that enough to lose the weight?
