How to be better at cardio?

Im currently trying to lose weight for growth of muscles. Age 19, weight 65~66kg. I would start by walking at 7km/hr for 2 mins then start jogging at 10km/hr. I could only last for around 12~15 mins before i completely run out of energy. Is there any way to improve it?
