Jogging/walking routine and diet help PLEASE!! (10 points)?
So I'm almost 18 years old, weigh about 64 kgs with a height of 5 ft 7in thats i believe 170 cm Now my goal weight is around 58-60 kgs but i want to lose AT LEAST 2 kg within the next month.
This is my current routine-
Walk brisk at around 6.5km per hour for around 30 mins. Between that i add fast jogs at a speed of 9km per hour for 3-4 minutes and again go back to walking so totally my walking and jogging time together is around 40 minutes within which i aim for covering close to 5 km.
I do this 6 times a week and follow with some basic floor exercises, squats and yoga a couple of days.
My diet now that i reduced it is-
bowl of cereal with low fat milk and fruits at 7
bowl of fruit at 11
lunch which is 1-2 slices of wholemeal bread with a bowl of lightly cooked veggies at 2
a small snack like digestive biscuits at 5
dinner at 7 is usually something like lunch too
once or twice a week i'll indulge in a small pastry or a couple of butter cookies but not insanely much.
What do you think? Any changes? PLEASE HELP :)
WHATS VERY IMPORTANT THOUGH FOR ME IS TO NOT BULK UP MY CALVES AND OVER ALL LEGS
I just want to lose weight everywhere and if possible slim down my legs which is why i stretch after my jog and walk so will this routine be good for slimming down the legs too?
