Will weight loss cause saggy skin?
I am 5'4/5'5 and I weigh close to 200 pounds. I have kind of been chunky my whole life and thought I'd lose it in puberty, but I guess not. if it's relevant I started my first menstrual cycle around the end of my eighth grade year so I believe I was 14. I am now 17 and determined to lose my weight. I was thinking about trying to get down to preferably 140 or maybe 150 before I start my senior year of high school so that gives me about 5 months to lose around 50 pounds. Firstly, is this a healthy speed? And secondly, I'm concerned about if the weight loss will make my skin saggy and will the stretch marks still be there? Also, if there is any certain type to lose the weight mostefficientnly feel free to enlighten me about it. Thanks. :)
