Questions for skilled JUDDDers

What % did you do?


Once I began I used to be doing 500 DDs and the use of the 20% quantity for UDs. It took awhile ahead of I discovered I used to be purported to decrease my DD cals on DDs, and I saved dropping in reality smartly for approximately three months. Did you do EOD or set days, equivalent to MWF? Which do you are feeling is healthier and easier to stick with?


I always did strict EOD, with just the occasional switch up for some event or get together. I think when you’re mentally up for it, EOD is always best for fastest losses. If it starts making you feel restricted, maybe more flexibility is in order. Slightly slower losses, but you may be able to stick with it more easily in the end.


How lengthy did it take you?-I understand it is a loaded query, as everybody loses at a unique %.


It took me simply not up to 4 months to lose my first 30 kilos on JUDDD.


In the event you did low carb, how low did you retain it?


I began out VLC, as I delivered JUDDD into the VLC I was once already doing.
