Hello Train,


Simply accomplished the Superhero exercise and taking a look to do one thing new.

Any ideas?

In finding power has increased but body still sluggish and want something to help me lost fat


I have seen I bodybuilder as it has elements of superhero eg partials

But not sure if it’s the next “logical” workout?


From reading the article it’s based/focused on one body part each week?

Does this not lead to over training?
