I am very excited to try this diet.
I will post my intake daily on here. It says not to count fruit and veggies but I plan to. I hope to be at my ugw 85 ibs by December.
Day 1: (500 calories)
-source yogurt (35 calories
-plum (30 calories)
-half cup of strawberries & half a cup of grapes (fifty five energy)
-2 egg whites (32 energy)
Train: none
Complete: 152 energy.
