So today is my official first day of the ABC diet! After a lot of research and reading about other people’s results, I’m confident that this will work.
I’m 5″1 and currently weigh 123Ibs. My goal is to reach 100Ibs by the end of the 50 days.
Today I ate about a half a cup of garlic kale chips (less than 50 calories), half a small pita bread pocket with this veggie product that tastes/looks like cheese (around 100 calories) and a half an Atkins protein bar (about 115 calories)
Even though it’s a 500 calorie day, and I only consumed less than 300 calories, I think I’m going to stop there to give me a more confident start.
What I’m mostly worried about regarding this diet is that it won’t work and that I’ll have wasted 50 days that could have been spent doing a better diet.
I have pretty good willpower and I don’t think binging will be an issue, however the fasting may. I am additionally a school scholar, and on fasting days I do know it’s going to be in reality onerous to be aware of my research once I shall be hungry.
