My native Hannaford has been having pea shoots on their salad bar and I have been discovering them a in reality tasty addition to my salads. Provides it a brand new style, kind of like peas, which I love, but no longer eat. Seems like a worthwhile addition for not many carbs. Trader Joe’s sells organic pea shoots also, but obviously kind of high-priced.
