I didn’t do three hrs in aerobics, I knew it used to be a pipe dream lmao. (( for at the moment. ))
I did do my 2 hrs and the opposite shit …. so a just right day.
So far as meals goes I had some boiled cabbage for dinner and fruit for lunch. I did neatly on this house additionally.
Day 60 – Scale went down a half of pd. Cw: a hundred and forty four.5 Whole Cals: 168 Train: 2 hr aero, one hundred crunches, leg 50.
