K so i am looking to lose some weight. My weight loss plan plan is 1200 energy per day and about 10-quarter-hour of bounce rope 5 minute reps with a 2 minute wreck in between I am doing this 7 days per week. Is that this sufficient to lose fats or is it now not sufficient?
