Query: Bump like scab on scalp?

I’ve one bump on the underside of my scalp it does have hair round it. It did itch at one level and I did choose with it for like 2 weeks now. However now it can be raised up is sore and purple I suppose as a result of me choosing at it I assumed possibly it needed to do with dry pores and skin I’ve dangerous dry pores and skin throughout chilly climate and my scalp itches however I managed to peel it off an it takes pores and skin after I do is there anyway to get it to leave I do know prob cease selecting with it’ll I’ve corse dry hair additionally! I simply need it to leave ahead of I get my hair coloured
